Delivery Times

We keep a small stock of our designs which will be shown as 'in stock', but most pieces are made to order. Pieces which are in stock will be on their way to you within 2-3 working days.

Made-to-order pieces are usually dispatched in 10 -14 days. If you require something in a shorter time frame, please get in touch and we will do our best.

When your beautiful, shiny new piece is on it's way, we'll send you an email to let you know its been dispatched.

We’ll always do our best to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible, but if there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll let you know straight away.

Returns

We really hope you love your new piece of Siller and Gowd Jewellery and you will wear it with love for years to come. As each piece is lovingly handcrafted, signs of workmanship can be seen and add to its story and uniqueness.

However, if there is a fault with the piece, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of recieving your item. Please email us or use the contact page to describe the issue and return intructions will be provided.
